Built based on the WeChat Work platform, Purchase Micro-collaboration is designed to serve as the purchase collaboration system connecting core enterprises with suppliers. By simply following the enterprise accounts in WeChat Work, suppliers can receive the messages sent by the enterprises in real-time, such as bidding processes, purchase orders and purchase contracts, and they can also open the corresponding interaction UIs in WeChat to perform operations such as registration, confirmation and quotation (e-Procurement must be installed); in the purchase execution phases, such as purchase order approval, arrivals Doc approval, inventory purchased goods receipt and purchase invoice receipt, enterprises can send messages to suppliers. This App integrates the mobile social attributes with e-commerce, and meets the requirements of core enterprises and suppliers to communicate anytime and anywhere through WeChat.2. Micro-sales provides the message reminder function throughout the entire sales process, which enables enterprises to send messages to customers in the following phases to remind them to prepare for goods receipt and payment in time: sales contract validation, order approval, shipping Doc approval, signing of inventory sales goods issue Doc, sales invoice approval, etc. Meanwhile, Sales micro-collaboration also provides customers with convenient information query functions, such as customer wealth query, order query and query of orders pending sign-in, and supports signing in directly via WeChat.3. Salesperson Micro-collaboration (Alpha version) provides salespersons with convenient WeChat query functions, enabling them to query orders and follow-up business execution, work remotely, and process and track sales timely.
