The manual is profiled around the applications included in the module, and gives a detailed introduction to the primary functions of the specific application, which is convenient for solving the operation problems encountered when using the product. This manual consists of two parts. The first part is a brief introduction to the functions included in system management. Overview The system platform integrates a large amount of system bottom-level application interfaces and tools which includes Alert Platform, Background Task Center, Lightweight Dispatch, Operation Log, and Superior Monitoring, etc. Figure 0-1 Product Interface 2. System Platform Function 2.1 Alert Platform This node is used to uniformly manage the business alerts triggered according to certain conditions. Through the business alert function, the running indicators and data of the current system will be compared with the various preset conditions budget. When the preset conditions are reached, the warning messages will be sent to the related personnel to help enterprise managers to take corresponding actions to deal with the existing or potential situation in time. 2.1.1 Alert Query (Not Lightweight) 2.1.1.1 Overview Alert Query is a management function which allows the user to query all alerts currently generated and historical alerts already sent by the alert platform. You can query all the alerts under the current login organization. The Message Center, Email and SMS can only be viewed when the current user is the message recipient. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 6 The alert query includes the following two types of messages:  Latest Messages This Month: It displays the alerts generated in the latest month.  Historical Message: Users can view the alerts sent before the last month. 2.1.1.2 Product Function  Interface: Figure 0-1 Alert Query Interface Log into the main interface of Alert Query. Select a generation method under the Latest Messages This Month node in the tree on the left, and all the latest alerts generated by this method will be displayed in the list on the right. Select a generation method under the Historical Messages node, and all the alerts sent by this method will be displayed in the list on the right. Double-click the alerts in the list, and a browser window will pop up to display detailed alert prompts.  Primary Function  Query: Click Query to find alert information of a certain type of alerts instead of all the types of alerts. When the cursor is positioned on the "Alert Platform", the Query is available. Click this button to pop up the query criteria input box. There are four query criteria: Message Status, Receiver, Name, and Creation Date. Enter the desired query criteria, and click OK to view all the alert messages matching the query criteria.  Delete: You can click it to delete the alerts. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 7 2.1.2 Business Alert Monitoring 2.1.2.1 Overview Business Alert Monitoring allows monitoring and control of all the alert entries configured in Alert Platform. A task statuses include: Waiting, Running, and Completed. The Business Alert Monitoring Center can temporarily activate a task waiting to be scheduled. 2.1.2.2 Product Function  Interface Figure 0-2 Business Alert Monitoring Interface  Primary Function  Execute: Click Execute to execute a task in the task list is in waiting status. After the task is executed, the number of implementations of this task is +1, and the Last Elapsed Time records the time used to execute the task last time.  Hold: Suspend the execution of alert tasks.  Restore: Resume the execution of a holding alert task.  Delete: Click Delete to delete the entry you want to delete which are selected in the Task interface. A confirmation prompt box will pop up. Click Yes to successfully delete the tasks. Users can delete the task entities of tasks in waiting and executable status. Once deleted, the corresponding alert entry will not be executed again. In this case, the entry can still be seen in Alert Entry Configuration, but it is no longer useful, unless the user restarts the middleware or modifies the alert entry. 2.1.3 Alert Log 2.1.3.1 Overview Alert Log is used for tracking the execution results of all the alert entries configured in Alert Platform. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 8 2.1.3.2 Product Function  Interface: Figure 0-3 Alert Log Interface The execution status of alert task entities will be displayed in Alert Log list. The result column in the list area displays whether the execution result is successful. The description gives the details of the successful task or the cause of failure.  Primary Function:  Delete: You can click it to delete alert logs.  Output: You can click it to output alert logs. 2.2 Background Task Center Here you can uniformly manage the business in which asynchronous processing is triggered by certain conditions. This node contains background task deployment, background task monitoring, and background task log. 2.2.1 Background Task Monitoring 2.2.1.1 Overview This node is used to monitor and control all the task entries (excluding the temporary tasks) deployed for the 用友网络科技股份有限公司 9 background tasks. The task statuses include Waiting, Running, and Completed. This node can temporarily activate a task waiting to be scheduled. 2.2.2.2 Product Function  Interface Figure 0-4 Background Task Monitoring Interface  Primary Fields:  Task Name, Task ID, Task Type: These are the basic information defined by the current monitoring task.  Deploying Company: The company that defines the tasks.  Status: The execution status of the task. It includes Waiting, Executable, Running, Completed, Pause, Failed, Canceling, and Cancelled.  Schedule Time: It refers to the next scheduled execution time of the task entities according to the task deployment.  Last Elapsed Time: It records the elapsed time of the last execution of the task entities executed multiple times.  No. of Implementations: It records the number of times that the task entity has been run.  Note:  All the tasks that have entered the dispatch engine in the system are displayed.  If a task in the task li...
