The manual is developed around the main business scenarios that the applications can solve. Based on this, the manual shows the key functions of the application, and provides the idea of matching business needs with application nodes. This manual is divided into five sections; The first part is a brief introduction to the overall plan of the application and its value. The second part is a description of the usage of the application role. The third part is the comparison list of the distribution map of application nodes in the foreground and background (lightweight end, heavyweight end); The fourth part is a description of the main business scenarios, processes and corresponding application solutions of this module. Additionally, in order to deepen the users' understanding of the content, the manual will not only provide an explanation for the key terms but also supplementary explanations in the appendix for key points that may need to be cross referenced to help users look up terms easily. To highlight the key points, this manual focuses on solutions and describes only the important control points in product operations. To learn more about the product's use of a specific Section, please refer to the following materials in addition to this manual: 1. NC Cloud's financial products provide a comprehensive auditing lead, record business operation logs, and meet internal control requirements. At the same time, as the core of enterprise management system, NC Cloud financial accounting system and NC Cloud supply chain system are financially integrated, and share with NC Cloud budget system to achieve budget control, and share with NC Cloud report system to achieve account integration. It can be used with NC Cloud shared service system to realize financial sharing integration, with NC Cloud treasury system to manage group funds, with NC Cloud reimbursement platform to manage staff reimbursement, and with NC Cloud value-added tax management system to achieve fiscal and taxation management integration. NC Cloud financial accounting system applies artificial intelligence technology, including RPA process automation robot and VPA intelligent assistant robot. NCCloud financial accounting system includes basic files and rules, general ledger, A/R management, A/P management, fixed assets, inventory accounting, C/P contracts, and self-service analysis modules. The financial accounting product structure is shown in the following figure. As a key basic field of NC Cloud, financial accounting products continue to integrate with other product areas while developing within this field, providing enterprises with various integrated application solutions. 1. With the general ledger at its core, financial accounting products provide an accounting engine for flexible generation of vouchers through the accounting platform, and collects vouchers generated from business documents of fixed assets, inventory, A/R, A/P and other detailed accounting modules into the general ledger system. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 6 2. Financial accounting products are closely related to supply chains, reporting platforms, treasury management, tax management and other product areas, to effectively achieve an integration between business and finance, account and statement, treasury and tax. (1) Account sub-ledger of the inventory accounting, fixed assets, A/R management, A/P management and you reimbursement, and connect with supply chain, asset management, treasure management, project management and other business systems to achieve the integration of finance and business. Financial business integration can effectively eliminate internal information gap, simplify business processes, achieve business and financial data sharing, and control financial risks in the business process. Provide financial processing functions (income \ cost \ A/R \ A/P confirmation) in the supply chain business process that can track a party. Add financial control to key business phases. Financial period-end processing will not affect businesses. (2) All the data of financial accounting modules can be retrieved from the group report using the data retrieval function. All financial reports can be automatically generated to achieve accounts and tables integration. (3) Integrates with the treasure field and realize the integration of C/P management (cash, bills, letters of credit, etc.) and financial management. (4) Integrates with tax cloud. During the processing of A/P and payment documents, paper invoices can be scanned and electronic invoices can be uploaded to the tax cloud to achieve invoice verification and generate invoice account data to reduce fiscal and tax risks. The A/R document can be directly entered into the tax cloud for invoicing. The account balance report can be uploaded to the tax cloud in the monthly general ledger, when the tax return generates automatically and finance and tax become integrated. 3. All accounting modules of financial accounting are integrated with enterprise performance management products to achieve comprehensive budget, in-process control and post-analysis. 4. In the large reimbursement platform of financial accounting and financial sharing, staff can initiate various business processes through documents of the fixed assets, A/R, A/P, general ledger, and 'you' reimbursement modules, and be prepared in the financial accounting module after final examination, in order to push financial risk points and expand financial risk control boundaries. 5.
