Purchase1.1 General ObjectivesDuring digital transformation of enterprises, the traditional way of supplementing system documents after processing businesses can no longer meet the real-time operation data requirements of enterprises. Furthermore, the requirement of helping companies to realize real-time connectivity and transaction coordination with external suppliers is becoming more and more urgent. Under this premise, the mobile purchase Apps are introduced to address the following two scenarios: first, the enterprise internal roles of buyer and warehouse keeper can use the mobile Apps to process routine businesses directly, and no longer need to supplement documents in the system after processing businesses; second, achieve transaction collaboration between enterprises and suppliers to realize seamless connection between them.5 A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprises1.2 Product Architecture1.3 Product Features1.There're three mobile purchase Apps:1)Mobile Purchase: buyers can process the following businesses via this App: ordering, receipt and bill receipt. It implements transaction collaboration with suppliers, and supports automatic generation of the corresponding documents in NC Cloud, receipt reconciliation and checking the invoiceable Qty/Amt with suppliers, and querying relevant documents and stock data.2)Supplier Collaboration: suppliers can process the following businesses via this App: quotation, shipment, invoicing confirmation and invoicing. It also supports querying the relevant documents and business data.3)Mobile Inventory Management: warehouse keepers can perform quick receipt and issue processing via this App by scanning Doc codes and material codes. When receipt and issue are completed, the corresponding Docs will be generated in NC Cloud. Place OrderAfter signing contracts with suppliers, buyers can directly place purchase orders via the mobile App manually or by talking to YouBot.By talking to YouBot, you can place orders directly or ask questions.Templates can be set in the Place Order - Material Details UI and for the header fields.After logging into the mobile purchase App, buyers can place orders through 2 portals:Portal 1: enter the order placement UI through the order placement applet on the homepage; Portal 2: click the Place Order button in the upper right corner of the order records to enter the order placement UI.After orders are successfully placed, buyers can continue to place orders, view order records, and view the details.2.Order Records 8 A Digital Platform for Large-scale EnterprisesSupports viewing the order records that need to be processed by login users in the mobile App.Supports modifying, submitting, and deleting order records.The Order Records - Material Details UI and the header fields support setting templates.3.ReceiptThe following two scenarios are supported:Scenario 1: after suppliers delivering goods to enterprises, they perform shipment processing in the App.After suppliers confirming shipment in the App, buyers can process goods receipt according to the suppliers' shipment records after receiving goods.
