The process manufacturing mode is mainly used for basic chemical, construction materials and other industries. Integrated with Production Plan and Task Management, it provides a closed-loop solution for the entire production process of the manufacturing industry by bridging through manufacturing planning and manufacturing execution, which greatly improves the precision of manufacturing enterprise management. This function can be used when the remaining Qty is not required for subsequent processing after the MO operation schedule is partially completed.3.Supports considering the impact of operation subcontracting on dispatch: operation dispatch can be performed only after the operation subcontracting Qty is excluded from MO operation schedule.2.1.2 Operation Completion1.Supports scrap batch receipts after the production report is created based on the scrap Qty in the operation completion report.2.Supports two methods for calculating material backflush Qty: control the ceiling of the material backflush Qty by the planned issue Qty in the material staging plan, and calculate the material backflush Qty by the completed Qty.3.The Backflush ID field has been added to operation completion output lines, which specifies whether a line needs to be backflushed and the backflush status.
