The digital transformation of an enterprise further promotes and accelerates the transformation of financial and other sectors into shared services. The technological innovation of shared service pervades this development process and meets the business development needs of digital transformation, fine management, smart technology, integrated application, and specialized division of labor.The Shared Service has launched integration of business, finance and taxation and a full service sharing solution. It enables the Reimbursement Platform, Image Platform, Work Platform, Operation Platform, Integration Platform and Invoice Management to support expense sharing, A/R sharing, A/P sharing, contract sharing, funds sharing, asset sharing, and GL sharing. The Shared Service seamlessly integrates with business systems, such as Supply Chain and Asset Management and can integrate with heterogeneous systems through the Integration Platform. The shared service integrates with Yonyou Tax Cloud for automatic identification, anti-counterfeiting, and the collection of input tax invoices, three-doc matching, sales invoicing, and electronic invoice reimbursement. It integrates with Yonyou Finance Cloud to provide expense sharing solutions and manage mobile reimbursement of You Reimbursement, credits, and electronic files. The shared service features a platform-based solution that is applicable to all users. These support expense sharing, receivable sharing, A/P sharing, invoice sharing, contract sharing, fund sharing, asset sharing, purchasing sharing, sales sharing and general ledger sharing.2.Integration of business, finance and taxation: Through the invoice center, the Finance Shared Services can seamlessly integrate with the supply chain and asset business system, and the financial system can seamlessly integrate with the VAT system. Thus, the integration of business, finance, and taxation is achieved.3.Reimbursement platform: This platform is one of the core platforms of the Shared Service Center. Operators and reimbursement personnel can complete daily documents on this platform.4.Image platform: This platform provides image scanning and OCR recognition for document creators and scanners.5.Work platform: This platform is mainly used by the operators and job group leaders of the Finance Shared Services Center to audit the transaction Doc of the sharing center.6.Operation platform: This platform enables the head of the sharing center, job group leaders, and operators to view the task implementation of the operators and the job group of the organization and 5A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprisesthe sharing center, including performance board, performance analysis, shared audit, and knowledge management.7.Shared service integration platform: When the shared service system is deployed independently, it transfers data with the original ERP system.8.Integration with the finance cloud and tax cloud: This product seamlessly integrates with credit management and VAT invoicing.Chapter 3 Product Features3.1 Shared Service Field3.1.1 Reimbursement PlatformReimbursement platform is one of the core platforms of the shared service. Salesmen and reimbursement personnel can complete daily documents on this platform. As the collection entry point of enterprise financial data, the reimbursement platform can effectively avoid multiple entries of a single role and improve user experience. Unified management of reimbursement enables the unified control of reimbursement, and the sorting out of business items enables corresponding budget control and auditing. This helps enterprises achieve standardization and regularization of reimbursement tasks and lays the foundation for follow-up automation. Reimbursement platform provides the following features:1.Data mapping: This sets up the mapping relationship between transaction Docs such as reimbursement Doc, A/P Doc and the Reimbursement Doc of the reimbursement platform, and determines the presentation mode of transaction Doc data on the reimbursement platform and the work platform.2.Public field management: This provides conditions for the formula settings of the document dispatch rule and priority settings.3.My reimbursement: This helps operators to enter, query, and print document. The functions of My Reimbursement are continuously being improved. It can access applications initiated by operators, such as purchase contracts, purchase invoices, sales contracts, sales invoices, operator claiming for notice of bank transactions, budget filling/adjustment/query, and individual/consolidated report 6A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprisesdata query.4.Reimbursement query: Administrators can query the transaction Doc of all reimbursement platforms and follow up on progress.5.Business handover: When an operator is no longer responsible for a business, the Docs the operator completes need to be handed over to other operators to ensure that business operations proceed normally.6.Image supplementary scanning: Scan the image when the process is finished.7.This provides image scanning task statistics reporting for the position specially set for image scanning.3.1.2 Work PlatformWork platform is mainly used by the operators and job group leaders of the Finance Shared Services Center to audit transaction Docs of the sharing center and extract, distribute, and adjust work. Work platform provides the following features:1.Create Shared Service Center.2.Set delegation, the tasks of specific business units are delegated by the specified Shared Service Center.3.Supports configuration of job group work.4.Supports configuration of job group user.5.Supports configuration of extraction rule6.Supports setting of task priority.7.My job is to help operators to extract document tasks and carry out business processing.
