It offers comprehensive UI testing and API interface automation testing services on public clouds, and also provides private solutions for VIP customers. It is a sub-product of the technology platform and includes three main functional modules: basic services, testing services, and testing reports.Basic Services: Configure some basic files, basic settings, and test resources.You Cloud Testing InitializationFunction OverviewYou Cloud Testing Initialization mainly lists the transaction list during enterprise initialization, identifying which are mandatory fields, which have system preset data, and arranging them in order. It provides descriptions for each business document.Key AppsQuick link to access the corresponding tasks.Operation InstructionsQuick link to the corresponding service in You Cloud Testing Initialization, with a hover display of the business profile description.Basic FilesProduct StructureFunction OverviewAll menu nodes in YctUI are grouped by main domain, domain, product, and node in that order, supporting add, delete, modify, query functions, as well as batch import and export. The product structure is used to define the complete menu structure of the tested product, distinguishing the product nodes to which test cases belong. The complete menu structure of the tested system is imported as the test directory, supporting Excel data import and manual data maintenance, and supporting a four-level product directory structure.Key AppsWhen using Yonyou Cloud to test target products, the target products for different customers are not the same, and the products are continuously iterating and updating. Users can customize the menu structure based on the tested products and regularly update and maintain it. The codes cannot be duplicated.Product Structure - Import Template DownloadEnter the Product Structure node and click to download the Template.Product Structure - ExportEnter the Product Structure node and click Export.1.Supports a four-level menu structure, with each level represented by a name-code pair.2.Modifying the node name use case is not affected.3.It is essential to ensure that node codes are unique.4.Test cases are bound to node codes, and under the condition that the code remains unchanged, the test cases will not be affected.5.Add new node code: Directly add, no impact on the current test case.6.Delete node code: Test cases bound to the node will also be deleted. It serves as a relatively good use case filter. Nodes that are not selected in this form will be skipped automatically during task execution when this product form (filter) is selected, preventing the execution of certain use cases that should not be executed and avoiding errors.Environment Menu*Note:If the product structure needs minor adjustments in the future, it can be modified through the add, modify, and delete functions at the sub-node level.If there are significant adjustments to the product structure, the tenant administrator or You Cloud Testing Administrator can use the "Export" function to export the existing product structure, make adjustments, and then import it all at once to complete the modifications.The environment menu is used to configure the specific access paths of the menu in each test environment, supporting operations such as synchronization, import, comparison, and manual maintenance copy.Add NewSelect the environment group on the left side and click Add.The environment group is created from the new environment definition. Addition items refer to data that did not exist originally but is present on the page. Both update items and addition items must be selected before they can be synchronized.ImportEnter the environment menu, click import.
