It is a unified repository of the company's business and financial data assets, providing a unified query for all types of contracts. It follows the entire process of contract signing, performance, and settlement, laying the foundation for data value mining. It has supported the writing of procurement contracts on the expenditure line, sales contracts on the revenue line, and CLM contracts into the contract ledger, allowing for the viewing of contract changes, performance, and settlement status.Operation Instructionsimage_2.pngThe contract ledger's contract list can be filtered by different contract sources such as CLM contracts, procurement contracts, and sales contracts, supporting switching between card and list modes.The contract ledger supports data export (data selection is required):image_3.pngAfter entering the contract ledger details, you can view basic contract information such as contract amount, signing party, counterparty, amount to be executed, amount executed, invoice amount, etc.; you can also check contract performance information, such as purchase service confirmation, purchase order, purchase invoice; check contract settlement information, such as advance payment documents, reimbursement documents; and check contract change information.image_4.pngNotesThe contract ledger list is subject to data permission control, currently supporting organization (responsible organization), department (responsible department), and contract type.
