The asset owner can select configurations and resources in YonLinker based on scenarios, reusable resources, etc., to package them into an asset package as needed, providing customers with a ready-to-use experience through implementation tools.Integration AssetFunction OverviewThe Integration Asset mainly provides two functions: All Assets and My Assets. In All Assets, users can view all listed Integration Asset Packages and check the details of the asset packages. For free and purchased Integration Asset Packages, they can be added to My Assets for implementation. My Assets supports quick implementation of asset packages, with each asset package providing a guided implementation process. The implementation guide mainly includes selecting the scope of the Integration Flow implementation, user agreement, connection configuration, Integration Flow initialization, and task execution, etc. It supports the temporary storage of the implementation process of asset packages and allows for continuing or re-implementing.Important ConceptsIntegration Asset PackageIt is a set of integration flow product combinations that meet specific business scenarios, achieving a customer out-of-the-box experience, with both free and paid business models.Two-party Integration Asset PackageRefers to the integration asset packages accumulated between two systems, such as the integration asset packages of various domains in the YonBIP Unlimited Edition and the YonBIP Advanced Edition cloud integration, which are usually free.Third-party Integration Asset PackageRefers to the integration asset packages accumulated between two-party and three-party systems, as well as between three-party systems, such as: integration asset packages of various domains in YonBIP Unlimited Edition with SAP, integration asset packages of YonBIP Advanced Edition with third-party e-commerce systems, etc., which are usually chargeable.Business ProcessWorkflow Description:Log in to the Workbench and open the [Integration Asset] node.Switch to the [All Assets] tab, find the integration asset package that needs to be implemented, click the [Add] button on the asset package to add it to [My Assets].Switch to the 【My Assets 】 tab, query the integration asset package that needs to be implemented, click the 【Start Implementation 】 button, and enter the asset package implementation page.Step 1 Integration Flow Scope Selection: Select the real-time integration flow scope for this project from all integration flows in the asset package based on actual project needs, and then click Next.Step 2 User Agreement: Display the list of pending authorized APIs and events related to YonBIP that need to be implemented in the integration flow. Click Next to confirm authorization.Step 3 Basic Configuration: Display the assets involved in the Integration System, users can configure the connection information for the Integration System. After successful configuration, click Next.Step 4 Integration Flow Implementation: Initialize the integration flow selected in Step 1 to the current tenant and generate synchronization task data. After all integration flows are successfully implemented, click Next.Step 5 Integration Flow Task Execution and Completion Implementation: The page displays all currently successful integration flow tasks for the asset package implementation. You can click "Execute Now" to trigger the task run, and you can view link tracking and log information through the operation record. Finally, click the "Complete" button to indicate that the asset package implementation is complete.PrerequisitesFor integration asset packages that require payment, an order must be placed in the business system for purchase, and the asset package can only be implemented after the tenant is activated.Field DescriptionMy AssetsField NameDescriptionImplementedBusiness Meaning: Asset package that has been fully implemented; Data Retrieval Logic: The status of the asset package changes to [Implemented] after the last step of implementation is completed by clicking the finish button; Control Logic: Implemented asset packages support [Re-implementation]Not ImplementedBusiness Meaning: Asset package that has not been implemented; Data Retrieval Logic: Asset packages that have not started implementation; Control Logic: Not implemented asset packages support [Start Implementation]In ImplementationBusiness Meaning: Asset package that has started implementation but is not yet completed; Data Retrieval Logic: Asset packages that have started implementation and have clicked save at any step, but have not clicked finish at the last step, are considered in implementation; Control Logic: Not implemented asset packages support [Continue Implementation]Main OperationsAll AssetsDisplay all listed Integration Asset PackagesQueryQuery conditions supported: Status (All, Not Purchased, and Purchased), System in Use (multiple selections allowed), Keyword Search (Asset Package Code and Name), Provider (Asset Package Creator Name), and Tags.AddFor the purchased Integration Asset Package, you need to first add the Integration Asset Package to My Assets using the add button, and then implement the Integration Asset Package in My Assets.View DetailsOpen the Integration Asset Package details page to view the basic information, business information, list of Integration Flows included in the asset package, list of APIs, and details of the asset package description. My AssetsDisplay all added Integration Asset Packages, with the status of the asset packages categorized as Implemented, Not Implemented, and In Implementation.QueryQuery conditions supported: Status (All, Not Purchased, and Purchased), System in Use (multiple selections allowed), Keyword Search (Asset Package Code and Name), Provider (Asset Package Creator Name), and Tags.AddFor the purchased Integration Asset Package, you need to first add the Integration Asset Package to My Assets using the add button, and then implement the Integration Asset Package in My Assets.View DetailsOpen the Integration Asset Package details page to view the basic information, business information, list of Integration Flows included in the asset package, list of APIs, and details of the asset package description.Integration Asset ImplementationIn the 【My Assets 】 section, selecting a specific asset package and clicking the 【Start Implementation】, 【Continue Implementation】, or 【Reimplement 】 button will open the Integration Asset implementation page, guiding the implementers through the implementation of the asset package in a wizard-like manner.Step 1: Integration FlowThe implementation personnel select the scope of the integration flow to be implemented.Left side Integration Flow Classification Tree, select classification, right side displays the Integration Flow list under the selected classification.Note: When selecting an implemented Integration Flow, the re-implementation of the Integration Flow will overwrite the original implemented content.Cancel Button: Return directly to the Integration Asset homepageTemporary Save Button: Preserve the current step, so that the next time the Continue Implementation button is clicked, it will directly adjust to this step.Next button: Jump to step twoStep 2: User AgreementThe user agreement is the authorization agreement for calling APIs and events. The list displays the APIs and events related to the YonBIP integration flow selected in the previous step. When there are APIs or events in the authorization list, clicking [Next] means agreeing to authorize the call; if there is no data in the authorization list, clicking [Next] will result in no authorization processing by the system.Step 3: Basic ConfigurationThe integration flow selected in the first step displays the integration systems involved, and the connection configuration corresponding to the integration systems needs to be configured.[Connection Configuration] ButtonAccording to the connector corresponding to the integration system, pop up the connection configuration list page for the connector, displaying the connection configuration information that has been configured for this connector under the current tenant. This page allows you to select the configured connection information or add a new connection configuration. Adding a new connection configuration will pop up the connection configuration page corresponding to the connector of the integration system.Note: The content displayed on the connection configuration page varies for different connectors. For specific connector connection configuration pages, please refer to the Help Center document for the [Connection Configuration] feature node.【Test 】 button: Tests whether the connection can be established based on the selected connection configuration information. If the connection is successful, the status of the Integration System will change to 【Connected】.【Implementation 】 Button: First, it will test the connection of all Integration Systems. Only when all Integration Systems are connected will it proceed to the next step for the initialization of the Integration Flow.Step 4: Integration Flow ImplementationThe implementation steps for the integration flow will implement the selected integration flow into the current tenant, automatically generating integration tasks. For integration flows triggered on a schedule, timing rules need to be configured. For integration flows triggered by API, when the API corresponds to multiple integration flows, routing rules need to be configured.【Scheduled Task 】 Button: Only displayed when the integration flow is triggered on a schedule, click to open the configuration page.Switch to the 【Scheduled Rules 】 tab, click the 【Add 】 button to open the scheduled rules configuration page.【API Routing Configuration 】 Button: This button is only displayed when the integration flow is triggered by an API and when the API corresponds to multiple integration flows.
