It is a corporate performance management platform that enables the digital transformation of large enterprises by integrating Plan Budget, Implementation Monitoring, Report Consolidation and Enterprise Performance Analysis. It supports two application scenarios: integrated deployment with NC Cloud ERP and independent deployment.Enterprise Performance Management PlatformThe enterprise performance management platform is built based on the multi-dimensional data model, and is used for the basic settings required for various enterprise performance management products, mainly including:Maintenance of basic files such as performance indicator, exchange rate indicator, business scheme, version, and measurement dimension; maintenance of basic data such as dimension management; maintenance of public data such as actual exchange rate, budget exchange rate, and equity investment data.Form design is performed in Excel. You can create new budget tables or create budget tables based on existing tables. Both fixed table design and floating table design are supported.Comprehensive BudgetComprehensive Budget can meet the application requirements of enterprise group management and control by providing comprehensive group enterprise budget management solutions, including budget object release, budget filling of budget entities at all levels, budget approval, budget adjustment, execution control, multi-version management of budget data, and multidimensional budget analysis. Solutions for the current budget products are divided into four major parts:1.Budget management system building platform: used to build multi-dimensional budget system for users. The budget system supports the management and control of the group, which can not only meet the application requirements of group centralized management, but also meet the personalization requirements of subsidiary budget system.4 A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprises2.Full process support of budget reporting and budget adjustment: supports full process management covering group budget object release, budget filling of budget entities at various levels, budget summary, budget approval, and budget adjustment; supports the budget filling process of release/submission for approval; supports multiple adjustment methods, such as adjustment via adjustment Doc/reallocation Doc and direct adjustment.3.Budget analysis and execution monitoring platform: provides execution monitoring functions, which can obtain executed Amt from the NC Cloud finance system and analyze the budget execution status; also supports budget control and alert of the NC Cloud finance business system.4.EPM Excel Add-In: supports budget data filling, reporting, and analysis.Comprehensive Budget in this version has been optimized for budget application performance and efficiency in the big data scenario:1.Supports Belle's TB-level massive data application performance requirements for two years.2.Supports 5000 concurrent online users.3.Supports more than 35,000 companies or floating line applications.4.Supports 100,000 cell applications.5.Business rule allocation and execution performance are greatly optimized.6.The opening efficiency of the budgeting, budget execution and budget adjustment nodes has been optimized.7.Large table opening efficiency has been improved, such as budgeting and budget adjustment tables.8.Business system retrieval efficiency has been optimized (expense, issue/receipt, funds and GL).9.Concurrent business system retrieval performance has been optimized.10. Dimension cache supports large files, which are only loaded when they are used.Group Reports Group Reports is a report system based on multi-dimensional data model and lightweight applications. It supports the overall application process from data collection of individual reports, adjustment, allocation, reporting process management, to summary according to report Org structure. Both independent deployment and integrated deployment are supported: during integrated deployment, it supports 5 A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprisesretrieving data from the NC cloud finance business system through UFO business functions, Ufind formula, Prefind, and getdata (); during independent deployment, it supports retrieving data from heterogeneous systems as report data through external system collection platform and data retrieval plug-ins, as well as retrieving data from NC65 and NC633 across data sources through UFO business functions, and also supports performing linked query on general ledger vouchers. Users can manually enter report data through Web/Excel clients, and configure message templates for business phases such as report reminding, returning application and returning, so that messages can be sent to related users when these tasks are finished. Group Finance ConsolidationGroup Finance Consolidation is a consolidation system based on multi-dimensional data model and lightweight applications. Overall application objectives of the product:1.Supports issuing consolidated reports that meet the financial report disclosure requirements of listed companies:1)Consolidate main tables.2)Consolidate report notes and details.2.Supports entering and viewing consolidation structure data through Web/Excel clients.3.Supports internal transaction and equity investment reconciliation through the reconciliation platform. Supports reconciliation by multiple dimensions.4.Supports offset and consolidation by indicator and multiple dimensions.5.Supports viewing consolidation draft by auditing lead.6.Supports integrating data query of Group Finance Consolidation to the shared reimbursement platform; and supports the consolidated report query scenario.External System Collection Platform and Data Retrieval Plug-in1.The external system data collection platform is used to retrieve data from external systems in Enterprise Performance Management.
