It mainly solves the weighing needs arising from business phases such as purchase, sales, transfer, and production, and can prevent cheating during the measurement process, ensure the fairness and accuracy of the measurement results, maximize the value of the supply chain, and improve the integrity and application values of process manufacturing industry solutions.This is a centralized deployment version, and is mainly applicable to group enterprises with centralized factories or a single factory.It supports all-in-one cards and unattended measurement.1.1 Logistics One-CardOriginally, IC cards were used for entering factories; during weighing, weighing operators swipe the IC cards to retrieve the relevant document information, and print out weighing bills for drivers after weighing.1.Common preset truck scale instrument hardware parameters are available.2.Supports various hardware equipment such as truck scales, IC cards, infrared transmitters, video surveillance cameras, self-service terminals, ID cards, and QR codes.3.Supports various business processes such as purchase measurement, sales measurement, transfer measurement, other measurement, and measurement w/o Doc.4.Supports issuing consignment notices and arrival notices before performing measurement.5.Supports performing shipment based on theoretical measurement.6.Supports measurement of empty trucks returned of sales and further delivery arrangement.7.Supports controlling vehicles based on planned driving routes.8.Supports cross-organization delegated measurement.9.Supports correcting measurement Docs by auto reversing downstream Docs. 4 A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprises10. Supports multiple measurement Doc reports divided by business category.1.2 Unattended Operation1.The background of unattended operation relies on the background of Logistics One-Card, and the foreground moves the businesses to dealers, customers, suppliers and drivers through the use of software and hardware, such as Apps, self-service terminals, and monitoring centers, so as to replace partial duties of weighing operators.2.Supports dealers or customers to place orders directly through the You Logistics App.3.Supports drivers to pick up cards at self-service terminals with QR codes or ID numbers.4.Supports drivers to enter the factory on their own. If the license plate recognition device recognizes that the truck license plate is consistent as the driver's card, the lever will be automatically lifted; the monitoring center monitors the entry and exit of the factory. In abnormal situations, drivers can contact the monitoring center. Exceptions will be processed in the monitoring center.5.Supports auto lifting lever for vehicles leaving the factory.6.Supports drivers to perform measurement directly through self-service terminals, and monitor measurement through the monitoring center; the system will automatically alert when there're exceptions. In abnormal situations, drivers can contact the monitoring center. When measurement is completed, drivers can print measurement Docs through the self-service terminal.7.Supports drivers to turn in cards through the self-service terminal when they leave the factory.5 A Digital Platform for Large-scale EnterprisesChapter 2 Product Features2.1 Basic Settings1.1.1 Packaging Material FileUsed to define packaging material type files, and configure the weights and loads of packaging materials. It is used when the tare weights of packaging materials need to be deducted during measurement. When Sec UOM Mgmt is not enabled but measurement by secondary UOM is required, it is converted based on the packaging material weight.1.1.2 Prompt ConfigurationMainly used to configure the prompts of terminals and clients when exceptions occur during the unattended measurement process. Preset prompts are available, and prompts of the terminals and clients can also be customized.1.1.3 Equipment CategoryThe following preset equipment categories are supported during unattended operations: meters, card reading equipment, IO equipment, video equipment, license plate recognition equipment, LED equipment, card collection equipment, keyboard input equipment, voice output equipment, print output equipment, etc.1.1.4 Equipment Library MaintenanceThe corresponding preset equipment library of various equipment types supported during unattended operations is available. The equipment library contains the hardware currently used by customers, including interface types, manufacturers, specifications, models, and drive locations. This node is designed to support the continuous improvement and expansion of the hardware library for unattended 6 A Digital Platform for Large-scale Enterprisesoperations.1.1.5 Equipment DetailsUsed to define the hardware equipment details and hardware reading related parameters used for unattended operations.1.1.6 Operation Point InfoUsed to define the related factory entry and exit points and measurement points for unattended operations.1.1.7 Equipment AdapterUsed to define the IP addresses and port numbers of the adapters used by hardware during unattended operations.1.1.8 Exception Definition MaintenanceUsed to define the rules for exceptions occurred during unattended operations and how to handle them.1.1.8.1 Material Attribute ExtensionUsed to establish material measurement files for the inventory to measure by referencing material files, and configure related control parameters, such as tolerance and over-limit issue/receipt related settings, fixed tare weight, measurement, purchase weight adjustment rules, etc.1.1.8.2 Weighing Instrument ParameterUsed to define weighing instrument retrieval related parameters. The supported weighing instrument model parameters are preset, and can be referenced directly when defining weighing instruments. It is a core file of the system.1.1.8.4 Weighing Instrument GroupingMeasurement of incomplete measurement Docs can be performed with weighing instruments in the same group.1.1.8.5 Vehicle Model FileUsed to define vehicle model files.1.1.8.6 License Plate PrefixUsed to define license plate prefixes so that users do not have to enter Chinese characters when entering license plate numbers, thus speeding up the entry speed. Abbreviated prefix for each province is preset.1.1.8.7 Vehicle FileUsed for internal vehicle registration in advance. External temporary vehicles are automatically written into the vehicle files.
