The manual is developed around the main business scenarios that the applications can solve. Based on this, the manual shows the key functions of the application, and provides the idea of matching business needs with product functions. Additionally, in order to deepen users' understanding of the content, the manual not only explains key terms but also provides supplementary explanations in the appendix for key points that may need cross reference. As a result, users can perform queries easily. To highlight the key points, this manual focuses on solutions and describes only the important control points in product operations. To learn more about the product's use of a specific section, please refer to the following materials in addition to this manual: 1. Using barcodes can help you obtain the critical information of goods and materials quickly, such as product category, specification and price, etc. You can use barcodes together with the special equipments to scan, and perform business processing like settlement, receipt, issue, stocktaking, picking and feeding, which greatly improve operation and work efficiency. In the industry of daily used chemicals, medicines and clothing, you can also use barcodes to achieve the purpose of anti-counterfeiting and avoiding commodities fleeing. The barcode configuration is mainly used for the basic settings management of barcodes. It can help you realize the unified management of the barcode objects, barcode types, barcode rules, etc., which are used in the system and it can realize the basic settings functions managed by barcode management. The functions include barcode settings, barcode dictionary, definition of barcode rules and allocation of barcode rules. This manual focuses on the application functions of the basic configuration of the barcode. Chapter II Barcode Configuration 2.1 Barcode Settings 2.1.1 Barcode Object Registration 2.1.1.1 Overview Barcode Object Registration node is used to register barcode objects. You can define the type of barcodes by specific barcode objects. 2.1.1.2 Product Function Barcode Object Registration is a global level function, which is visible by default to the group administrators when they log in. According to the known mature application scenarios, the system has preset two barcode objects: 01 - Material and 02 - Document. Preset data cannot be deleted. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 6 Standard products currently only preset barcode objects for materials and documents. You can also add barcode objects. Figure 2.1-01 Barcode Object Registration Attribute Category: It is used to define the category of barcode object attributes. The system has preset attribute categories. You can also add attribute categories. Attribute categories must be selected when new objects are defined in the barcode object registration. Attribute categories can be added in the list and card interface. Click Add and you can see the page as follows: Note: Barcode object code must be unique in the system. The attribute code of the same barcode object cannot be a duplicate. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 7 Figure 2.1-02 Barcode Object Registration - Attribute Category 2.1.1.3 Application Case For example, to create an employee barcode object registration: Step 1: Enter Dynamic Modeling Platform > Barcode Configuration > Barcode Settings > Barcode Object Registration node, click Attribute Category. In the popup window, click Add to add a record for the employee barcode object. The Category Code is Psncode and the Category Name is Employee Code. Then save and exit. Note: The basic attribute categories include the general attributes of the barcode object which include serial number, fixed value, barcode flag, validation code. These attributes do not need to be 用友网络科技股份有限公司 8 Step 2: Enter Dynamic Modeling Platform > Barcode Configuration > Barcode Settings > Barcode Object Registration node, and click Add. Input the object code and object name, and select an application object entity by reference. The entity is preset according to the metadata object. In this column, we select the basic personnel information of bd_psndoc under the 6007 personnel information management. Then click Add Line in a sub-table. Enter the Attribute Code and Attribute Name in turn based on the "Employee Code" attribute we defined in Step 1. "Object Entity Attribute" refers to all attributes of the header entity, and the data type is the data type of the object entity brought out by the system automatically. Depending on whether you want to see this attribute in the Barcode Rule Settings node, check Optional Barcode Rule. The dependency attribute and notes can be entered manually. 2.1.2 Barcode Type 2.1.2.1 Overview Barcode Type node is used to define the barcode type and establish the mapping relation between the barcode object attributes and the applicable objects of the barcode. The barcode is generated from the document values according to the mapping relation. Fill the resolved attribute values in the corresponding attributes of the document after resolving the barcode. 2.1.2.2 Product Function Barcode Type is a global level function, which is visible by default to the group administrators. The system presets the following barcode types: Material Barcode, Single Item Barcode, Document Barcode, Document Line Barcode, and Document Grandson Table Line Barcode. 用友网络科技股份有限公司 9 Figure 2.1-03 Barcode Type In this node, you can maintain barcode types and establish the mapping relations between barcode types and applicable objects. When maintaining the barcode types, you can build checking rules in the sub-table, which are used to make sure that the barcode rule settings added under the barcode type comply with the defined checking rules. If a checking rule of "Serial number must be included" is added for a single item code, all barcode rules defined under the single item code type must include the serial number attribute, otherwise it cannot be saved successfully. Figure 2.1-04 Barcode Type Maintenance 用友网络科技股份有限公司 10 Enable: After the barcode type is enabled, a field will be added to the corresponding applicable object entity table. The field name is the barcode type code. This field is used to locate the barcode rules when the barcode is generated and resolved. The preset barcode types are not enabled and need to be manually enabled. The enabled barcode types can only be displayed in the barcode rule settings. The enabled barcode category cannot be disabled. If the barcode category is enabled and the applicable object is added, fields will be automatically added to the applicable object table. 2.1.2.3 Application Case Step 1: Add barcode types. The system has preset five commonly used barcode types. The system preset data can already meet most of the known application scenarios. If you need to add types, you can click Add on the tree on the left. Select the existing barcode objects in the system by reference, and input the code, name and other information to complete it.
