【问题描述】

管理控制台上导入eas license提示:License验证失败,版本不一致或文件损坏

【原因】

经检查admin.log,日志提示如下:

[2023-03-10 10:07:27,179 ERROR]Add EAS license file information error!
com.kingdee.eas.tools.admin.domain.info.LicenseFileErrorInfo: error occured when verify Throwable unknowException!null
Caused exception message is: null

EAS License的相关配置文件有\eas\server\profiles\server1\config下的licensefile.xml和LicenseValidity.dat

经检查发现,\eas\server\profiles\server1\config下的licensefile.xml文件丢失

【解决方案】

还原\eas\server\profiles\server1\config下的licensefile.xml文件即可

【操作步骤】

1.在\eas\server\profiles\server1\config下新建licensefile.xml文件,并编辑,文件内容仅为以下内容:

<licensefiles>
</licensefiles>

2.在控制台重新导入eas license验证。
