1、问题描述

            打开控制台，点击补丁管理界面，补丁列表可以正常加载，但是在加载补丁公告等信息的时候控制台闪退

2、原因分析

        1.  控制台闪退时在eas/admin目录下实时生成了hs_err打头的日志文件

   查看日志内容：

       2.参考百度关于libresolv.so.2+0x7a91的问题确定为DNS配置问题，且公告这里需访问web20.kingdee.com，故尝试给本机hosts添加域名解析后解决

3、操作步骤

1. 本机ping一下域名web20.kingdee.com，得到对应的ip
   

2. 然后给本机hosts文件添加一行解析记录：ip   web20.kingdee.com

4、注意

   windows：

      C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

   Linux：

      /etc/hosts
