出现问题背景：

      由于客户端的图片缓存于IE浏览器的Internet 临时文件中，故需要访问IE的临时文件的权限，因此当客户端的操作系统下的临时文件夹访问不了、设置不了大小的话会导致登陆客户端的时候报错。

      具体现象如下：

1. 登陆报错：

   点开【更多】可以看到报错如下：

    2.客户端的头部背景色等图片加载不出来：

出现问题原因：

      IE浏览器Internet选项下设置临时文件夹：路径为空，临时文件大小为0。修改大小和设置文件夹位置也不生效。正常情况下可以设置这个文件夹的大小和路径，出现这种情况是因为微软操作系统的BUG，现在已经发现了几个客户有这种情况。

  解决办法：

      查了一些资料，可以通过修改操作系统的方法解决。解决方式如图，根据本机的操作系统环境选择对应的注册表参数修改即可。配置如下：

User Configuration > Preferences > Registry:

• HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
  Name: Cache
  Type: REG_EXPAND_SZ
  Value (Win 7): %<USERPROFILE>%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
  Value (Win 10): %<USERPROFILE>%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache
  

• for some reason the mistake I did also changed the default user's registry
  HKU\ .DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
  Name: Cache
  Type: REG_EXPAND_SZ
  Value (Win 7): %<USERPROFILE>%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
  Value (Win 10): %<USERPROFILE>%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache
