The content of this user manual may change without notice, please be aware.Please note: The content of this user manual does not represent any commitments made by Yonyou.Contract PerformanceOverall OverviewContract performance is a key component of the Contract Management system, used to manage the entire process of contract execution, including business performance, financial performance, and transaction management after the contract is signed.Operation GuideContract ManagementOverall OverviewContract management is a key component of contract performance, used to manage changes in the status of contracts such as activation, freezing, termination, contract changes, and abnormal contracts.Contract ChangeFunction DescriptionFrom the perspective of the contract administrator, provide an entry for contract change management and maintenance, allowing management of contracts that are not submitted, in change, change not approved, and change completed.Business RuleWorkflow for Contract Change:From the [Contract Change] service node, initiate a change, select the original contract to be changed (Contract Status = Effective), and push the original contract data to the Change Application form to reduce data entry.Fill out the Change Application: Contract Change Type (Change Transaction Type), Change Method (currently only supports Supplemental Agreement), Contract Change Category (Contract Change Category for Service Maintenance Change Category Files)Change the content of the contract change, such as contract amount, subject matter, etc.For contract file mode = with contract file mode, it is necessary to upload the contract text of the Supplemental Agreement (currently only Supplemental Agreement upload is supported); for contract file mode = without contract file mode, there is no need to upload the contract Supplemental Agreement.Contract Change Document preservation, submission, undergo change approval — finalization — e-signature (or offline signature) — effective, complete contract change (no contract file mode, workflow: document creation – approval – effective)After the change takes effect, data synchronization to the original contract and synchronization to the Contract Center.Contract Change Submodule and Contract Status CorrespondenceNot submitted: Draft, OpeningIn Change: Approval in Progress, Approved, Signing in Progress, Signing Completed, ReturnedChange not approved: Approval terminated, ScrapChange completed: EffectiveChange Cancelled: CancelledFor different contract change scenarios, the content that can be changed varies (for example, for changes to the subject matter, only the subject matter information can be modified): create transaction types under the contract change object and create the corresponding UI templates.Column DescriptionContract Change Document, Key Fields and Descriptions, Refer to My ChangesOperation InstructionsContract Change ListAccording to the query plan, retrieve the list of contract changes that meet the criteria.Contract Change List, querying the contract change data that the current administrator has permission to access.Split into multiple modules based on contract change status, supporting quick filtering.Support list and card mode switching.Support sorting by importance, urgency, and confidentiality level.Initiate ChangeThere are 3 entry points to initiate a contract change:(1) From the [My Contracts] service node, find the original contract to be changed (Contract Status = Effective), and click the button to start the change;(2) In the [My Changes] service node, click the button to select the contract to be changed and initiate the change.(3) In the [Contract Change] service node, click the button to select the contract to be changed and initiate the change. Note that the data range of selectable change contracts in (2) and (3) is inconsistent. (2) allows selection of effective contracts where the creator is me or the handler is me; (3) allows selection of effective contracts that I manage and have permission for.After initiating the change, the original contract data is pushed to the change application form, reducing data entry.Click to initiate the change, then open the Contract Change application page to proceed with the contract change:Fill out the Change Application: Contract Change Type (Change Transaction Type), Change Method (currently only supports Supplemental Agreement), Contract Change Category (Contract Change Category for Service Maintenance Change Category Files)Change the content of the contract change, such as contract amount, subject matter, etc.For contract file format = There is a contract file format, upload the amended contract text of the supplemental agreement, supporting pdf and word formats. If the contract text is in word format and has editing permissions, it can be edited and revised again.Submit contract documents to the approval process.Note:1. Only contracts that are in effect and are original contracts not undergoing changes can initiate a change;1.After initiating a change, which data can be pushed to the contract change application, based on the configuration of the document conversion rules, the project can be modified according to the scenario;2.Contract Change Type: This is a transaction type created under the contract change business object in the transaction type service node. This transaction type controls the contract change UI template (controlling which fields are editable and which fields are not editable for the current change) and the approval workflow for the change.3.Contract Change Type (Change Type File for Service Maintenance of Contract Change Type)Contract Change ApprovalAfter the contract change is submitted, it follows the approval workflow configured under the contract change business object (or transaction type). The approval process for changes to different contract types can have different initiation conditions configured.Contract Change Final DraftAfter the contract change approval is completed, for the contract file mode = with contract file mode, the contract text can be finalized, and a signing contract can be generated.: According to the contract coding rules, generate the contract number for the supplemental agreement, convert the contract change text to PDF, and apply the contract watermark specified in the watermark scheme to the PDF. How to generate the contract number in the contract text, refer to the relevant introduction in [My Contracts].The numbering generation rule for the Supplemental Agreement: Original contract number + Coding Rules configuration + Incremental code. For example: The original contract number is A001, after the first occurrence of the Supplemental Agreement change takes effect, the number for the Supplemental Agreement will be A001S1. In the Coding Rules configuration, only S needs to be configured, while A001 and the incremental code after S follow the system's default logic.Contract Change Signing - E-signature ScenarioFor scenarios where the signing method is E-signature, after generating the contract for signing, you can initiate the signing and sign the electronic contract. The signing process is based on the signing process configuration of the selected original contract configuration, which needs to be set up in Digital Modeling > E-signature Configuration > Organization Business > Contract Signing Configuration. (For detailed information, please refer to the help documentation of the relevant nodes.)E-signature Scenario: After the contract signing is completed, the date of contract signing completion will be written back to the contract signing date in the document.Contract Change Signing - Offline Signing ScenarioFor scenarios where the signing method is offline signing, after generating the contract for signing. Workflow: Initiate Stamp Application – Offline Signing Return – Offline Signing Return Confirmation. Whether a Stamp Application and Offline Signing Return Confirmation are needed is controlled by "Contract Property Configuration" under "Is Stamp Application Enabled for Offline Signing" and "Is Return Confirmation Enabled for Offline Signing."Contract Change Signing - Not SigningFor scenarios where the signing method is "not signed," once the contract for submission is generated, it is considered that the contract is completed.Contract Change - EffectiveAfter the contract is signed, the contract change activation operation can be executed, indicating that the contract change is complete. It will synchronize relevant data based on the document conversion rules' write-back rules to the original contract and the Contract Center. (The activation of the contract change is not subject to status adjustment control.)After the contract change, which data needs to be synchronized with the original contract and the Contract Center must be configured in the document conversion rules.Notes1. Once a contract is initiated for change, it will be locked and cannot be terminated, completed, or frozen until the change is either completed or failed;4.The buttons for the current service are controlled by button permissions:If you want to perform operations such as , , , , on the contract change details opened under the Contract Change node, you need to enable 【My Changes 】 and distribute the corresponding buttons.Abnormal ContractsFunction DescriptionFor contract administrators, view contracts with abnormal termination (i.e., contracts with a status of terminated).Operation InstructionsThis node provides an entry to view contracts with abnormal termination (i.e., contracts with a status of terminated) and only offers query and view functionalities.Precautions5.The list of abnormal contracts is controlled by data permissions, currently supporting organization (contracting organization), department (contracting department), and contract type. Supports performance referencing service collection contracts for collection contracts, and performance referencing service payment contracts for initiating collection, payment performance, and AP Invoices.Payment Contract PerformanceFunction DescriptionUsed for the registration of performance based on the completed workload or payment milestones in the service collection contract by period.Business RuleSupport the performance of the collection contract for the details of non-advance payments and non-warranty funds in the service base table.Support bringing out the performance information of previous payment contracts.Supports entering the quantity and amount of performance for the current period, and also supports displaying the cumulative quantity or amount of performance.If it is a lump sum contract, the control of the performance amount cannot be changed;If it is a periodic contract, during performance, it will automatically split the period and perform according to the split period.Support for the summary tab's service payment summary list and the content of the agreement;Support setting whether it is the last performance, and write back to the contract.
