There is no unified entry point, and business personnel need to access multiple systems and remember multiple passwords to log in and process contract-related tasks. The Contract Signing Center is dedicated to providing an all-in-one unified entry point for contract signing, offering enterprise customers a unified entry point for contract drafting, a unified entry point for contract approval, and a unified entry point for contract signing.Contract DraftingFunction DescriptionThe contract drafting node is a unified entry point for enterprises to draft contracts, starting from the contract file. Currently, CLM contract drafting has been integrated, and after more domains are connected in the future, this entry point will support the drafting of various types of contracts for both homogeneous and heterogeneous systems.Operation InstructionsSupports four drafting methods: document drafting, intelligent drafting, contract sample drafting, and contract template drafting.File Drafting (Upload File Drafting): Non-standard contract drafting method, upload the drafted contract file;Intelligent Drafting (Document Recognition Drafting): Automatically extract and identify key elements of the contract from the uploaded contract file and fill them into the contract document.Drafting contract templates (online editing drafting): Draft contracts by online editing and modifying templates from the contract template library.Drafting Contract Template (Using Contract Template for Drafting): A standardized method for drafting contracts, quickly generating contract text files based on contract templates and contract document information;Click on the contract type node in the contract type tree, and the left side will display the selected organization. After selecting the organization, it will show the enabled contract templates and contract template information available under that organization, and it supports filtering by transaction type.1) Recently used tab, displays the recently used templates, allowing for quick drafting based on the recently used templates.Select contract template, enter file details interface:Click to directly generate an order, enter the contract document interface, directly insert the contract template into the contract body, then fill in the information, preservation, and submit the document to complete the contract drafting process.If you choose a contract template, you will directly enter the contract document page, where the contract sample will be incorporated into the body of the contract template. Then, fill in the information, preserve, and submit the document to complete the contract drafting process.2) The contract draft box tab displays the drafting records of contract files for which contract documents have not been created. You can continue to draft contract documents based on the files, including draft data from file drafting, intelligent drafting, and template drafting. Click on "More" in the draft box to enter the draft box list for further contract drafting.3) Contract file drafting: A file selection window will pop up. After selecting a local file, you will enter the file details interface. After editing or previewing the file, you can directly fill out the form to draft the contract document.PreviewBoth templates and samples can be previewed at this entry. Click the preview button to pop up the file preview interface, where you can view the content information of the templates and samples.DownloadThe contract template can be downloaded from this entry. Click the download button to complete the file download.DraftingFor templates or samples, support is available for drafting contracts based on templates or samples at this entry.1) When drafting a sample, it needs to be combined with the document's online collaboration capabilities. Edit and adjust online based on the sample, form the contract text, then click to fill the form directly, generate the contract document, and bring the contract text into the document, fill in the document content, and complete the contract drafting.2) When drafting a template, click to draft, directly enter the corresponding contract document detail interface, and bring the template into the contract text component, fill in the document, generate the contract file, and complete the contract drafting.Intelligent DraftingContract Identification Drafting: The identification results are converted into CLM document conversion rules, which do not support manual configuration. Currently, the system conversion is based on sales contracts, meaning that the information of Party A in the contract identification results is converted to the customer in the counterparty; the information of Party B is converted to the signing organization. Therefore, the requirements are: the information of Party A in the contract identification results must exist in the customer file, and the information of Party B must exist in the business unit.Contract identification drafting: It is necessary to complete the configuration of [Intelligent Recognition Rules], [Contract File Configuration], and [Contract Scheduling Tasks]. Refer to the corresponding help documents for [Intelligent Recognition Rules] and [Contract File Configuration]. For [Contract Scheduling Tasks], it is required to add a scheduling type of "Intelligent Extraction Result Refresh" at the [Contract Scheduling Tasks] node.Contract ApprovalFunction DescriptionThe contract approval node is a unified entry point for providing contract approval messages and notifications for the enterprise. From this entry point, pending tasks and notification messages related to contracts (CLM contracts, purchase contracts & sales contracts within the system) can be processed.Operation InstructionsClick on Contract Approval to enter the node, as shown in the image below:1) For pending messages, you can click on the message title in the list on the right to enter the corresponding pending interface and handle the pending items.2) For contract-related notification messages, view unread notification messages in the unread section, and after viewing, return to the read section.3) For contract-related alert messages, view unread alert messages in the unread section, and after viewing, return to the read section.My SigningsFunction DescriptionThe logged-in user can view their list of tasks that require online signatures. In the signature task list, users can query, sign, transfer signatures, and perform batch transfers. In the signed task list, users can view the tasks that have already been signed. By clicking on the name of the signed task, users can enter the signed interface to check the signing status.Business RuleOnly tasks that require the current person to sign for the enterprise can be transferred; personal signing tasks do not support transfer.The user selected a verified user during the transfer signing.When batch transferring signatures, multiple signing tasks need to be transferred to the same person.Operation InstructionsSigningIn the task management list, you can click on the task name to enter the signing interface and sign the contract online.Transfer Signature & Batch Transfer SignatureTransfer Signature Scenario: This transfer signature capability can be used in scenarios where the current signing task does not require your own stamp, but requires another person's stamp. For example, in the labor contract signing scenario, HR can use this function to transfer the signing task that requires a stamp to an intern or assistant.In the signing task management list, you can transfer or batch transfer pending signing tasks. When transferring, it is necessary to transfer to other users who have already completed real-name authentication, as shown in the image below:View SignedIn the list of signed tasks, you can view the tasks that have been signed. You can click on the signed task name to enter the signed interface and check the signing status.Intelligent Contract ComparisonFunction DescriptionIndependent intelligent comparison entry, supporting the initiation of electronic contract file differential comparison.Adapt to the intelligent middle platform comparison capability, supporting comparison between electronic versions (docx, pdf) and electronic versions, as well as comparison between electronic versions and scanned documents (must be pdf).Integration of ecological comparison capabilities, supporting channel switching for comparisons;Operation InstructionsUpload a benchmark file and a comparison file, required in .pdf or .docx format. Click the button to initiate the comparison:Add a record in the comparison log, with the comparison status as "In Progress";If the comparison is successful: Comparison status is successful;If the comparison fails, the comparison status is failed, and the user is allowed to re-initiate the comparison;Click the button to update the comparison progress;After a successful comparison, you can view the comparison results.
