The agent settings are used for users to create and edit agents.Proxy SettingsSet the proxy name, proxy address, token for encrypted transmission, description, enable status, and test if the proxy connection is successful.Creating a new or editing an existing agent will take you to the agent settings interface. In this interface, users can configure the installation address of the agent and the token used for encrypted transmission. Users can also enter some descriptive information to differentiate the agent in the prompt area.Enable Status: Can control the enable/disable status of the agent;Test Connection: Test whether the proxy connection is successful;image_2.png。Data MappingData mapping is designed to support users in establishing a mapping relationship between the models in the theme package and the local models of the customer. It is the core configuration that connects the analysis theme package analysis page with the enterprise data.Model MappingSelect a specific version of the theme package, map the theme package model to the locally read model by the agent, thereby connecting the analysis page with the enterprise data. Once the configuration is complete, the analysis page displayed to the end user will show the user's local data.Enter the data mapping node, the interface is divided into three parts: the left, middle, and right sections, which are the initialized theme package list, theme package details, and model details, respectively. Select the theme package to be mapped on the left, choose the theme package page to be mapped in the middle, and then the current model list to be mapped will be displayed on the right. In the model list, we can view the target model roster, mapping status, proxy connection, data source, source model type, source model name, as well as the subtotal of models pending mapping, in progress, and completed.image_3.pngSelect the target model and click the 【Preview Model 】 button to enter the model preview interface, which includes the target model and the source model. If the model mapping is not completed, the source model information will be empty.image_4.pngSelect the target model and click the 【Model Mapping 】 button to enter the model mapping interface: The left side will list the proxy data sources and semantic models configured in the current environment. When a proxy data source is selected, the built-in models from that proxy data source will be read, or users can create custom models based on the built-in models.image_5.pngAfter selecting the source model, you can see the fields of the source model. Drag the source fields to the right to correspond one-to-one with the target model fields, thus completing the mapping configuration.Select the target model and click the 【Clear Mapping 】 button. The system will confirm again, "Do you want to clear the current mapping?" If confirmed, all current mapping configuration information will be cleared. This action is irreversible, so please choose carefully; if canceled, the clear mapping operation will not be executed.Theme Package Data PermissionsThe theme package data permissions are designed to meet the need for limiting roles or users to have permissions only for certain ranges of data due to the division of labor in enterprise business.Associated UsersSelect the user scope with restricted data permissions;Configure label valuesTagging user groups with labels and specific label values, which can come from custom labels or extended labels.Custom TagsAdd, edit, and delete custom tags;Extended TagsView system extension tags, where you can define the component types (text, dropdown, reference) when using this tag. The tag code and tag details come from the system extension and cannot be modified here.According to the division of labor in the enterprise, select or add a user group. In this user group, members need to be added. Click the [Associate User] button to enter the user selection interface, add users from the selectable list to the selected list on the right, and confirm to complete the addition.image_6.pngClick on [Configure Label Value] to enter the configuration interface, select the label, and set the label value:image_7.pngUsers can customize tags here, including tag code, tag name, component type, tag value source model, default tag value, and description:image_8.pngThe extended tags section will display a list of tags extended by the system. Users can view the system extended tags here and define the component type (text, dropdown, reference) when using this tag. The tag code and tag details are derived from the system extension and cannot be modified here.image_9.pngIntelligent Report ManagementIf the asset package contains intelligent reports, users can centrally manage the intelligent reports in this node, generate reports, batch generate reports, and generate reports periodically.Generate ReportRender the final report results based on user-selected settings, supporting the download of report results as local documents.Batch Generate ReportsSet up batch generation of multiple report results based on user selection.Periodic Report GenerationAccording to the scheduled strategy set by the user, the report results are generated periodically, supporting the download of report results to local documents.Enter the intelligent report management node, select the agent set in this environment, and the intelligent reports managed by that agent can be loaded.image_10.pngSelect the report, click on [Generate Report], enter the report name and description in the pop-up box, and click [OK>], as shown in the figure below:image_11.pngAfter clicking [OK], a new report generation record will be created in the report generation record list. During the report generation process, the status will be "Generating." If multiple reports are being generated simultaneously, the report status will display as "Waiting." When the report generation is complete, the status will be "Successful."You can click on 【Download 】 to generate a successful report, select the desired document type, and download it to your local device.Select the report to be generated, click the 【Batch Generate Report 】 button, enter the batch generation task name, the generated report name, and description in the pop-up box, then click 【Next 】 to confirm and select the report scope.image_12.pngAfter clicking on [Batch Generate], a new report generation record will be created in the report generation record list, displayed in the form of a folder. By opening the folder, you can see the generation status of multiple reports generated in batch.During the report generation process, the status is "Generating." If multiple reports are being generated simultaneously, the report status will display as "Waiting." When the report generation is complete, the status will be "Successful."You can click on 【Download 】 to generate a successful report, select the desired document type, and download it to your local device.On the report generation settings page, turn on the scheduled strategy switch to set the task name for scheduled generation, the periodic repetition time cycle, and the effective time range:image_13.pngReports with scheduled strategies will generate a new periodic report record in the periodic task list once confirmed. You can perform the following operations on this record: edit periodic settings, execute tasks immediately, enable/disable periodic tasks, and view historical records.image_14.png
