This provides guidance for the initial configuration of Contract Management, informing the implementation path for configuration.Operation InstructionsAfter activating the friendly contract, go to Financial Management -> Contract Lifecycle Management -> Contract Drafting -> Initialization Navigation. Once in Initialization Navigation, display the configuration and operation video related to contract business, as shown in the image below:Contract Basic Configuration:Click on [Contract Classification System] to open the Contract Type service node, where you can add contract type groups and contract types in the interface;Click on [Contract Control Parameters] to open the Contract Configuration service node, where you can configure the control parameters for CLM contracts in the interface, such as sub-table visibility, contract properties, and other information;Click on [Contract Number] to open the Coding Rules service node, where you can configure the serial number for contract drafting, contract number, serial number for contract changes, and supplemental agreement contract number in the interface;Click on [Automatic Task] to open the Scheduling Task service node, where you can set up scheduling tasks that automatically take effect after the CLM contract signing is completed in the interface;Click on [Contract Alert] to open the Alert Task service node, where you can set up alert tasks for reminders of CLM contracts that are about to expire in the interface;Document and Approval Flow ConfigurationClick on [Contract Properties] to open the Characteristic Service node, and add new characteristics in the characteristic interface as an elastic extension for the Contract Management Business Object based on business needs;Click on [Contract Interface] to open the UI Template Service node, and adjust the document template in the UI Template node according to business needs;Click on [Contract Approval Flow] to open the Workflow Design Service node, and design the approval flow for the contract in the Workflow Design node based on business needs; Contract Master Data ConfigurationClick on [Contract Legislation Category] to open the Contract Legislation Category configuration service node, and configure the management and maintenance of the Contract Legislation Category;Click on [Contract Sensitive Words] to open the Contract Sensitive Words configuration service node, and configure the sensitive word groups and sensitive words that the contract risk check depends on;Click on [Contract Change Type] to open the Contract Change Type configuration service node, and configure the categories of Contract Change;Click on [Contract Watermark] to open the Contract Watermark service node, where you can set the Contract Watermark scheme; Template and Clause ConfigurationClick on [Contract Clauses] to open the contract clause service node, where you can add clause classifications and clauses under the organization;Click on [Contract Template] to open the contract template service node, where you can maintain contract templates based on business needs; E-signature configurationClick on [Enterprise Real-name Authentication] to open the enterprise real-name authentication service node, and authenticate the corresponding enterprise of the organization as needed;Click on [Personal Real-name Authentication] to open the personal real-name authentication service node, where the currently logged-in user can be authenticated;Click on [Enterprise Seal] to open the enterprise seal management service node, where the enterprise seal of the authenticated organization can be maintained;Click on [Personal Seal] to open the My Seal service node, where personal signature seals can be set according to business needs;Click on [Contract Signing Configuration] to open the contract signing configuration service node, where the signing entity and corresponding signing agent information can be configured as needed.Physical Stamp ConfigurationClick on [Physical Stamp] to open the physical stamp service node and configure the management of the enterprise's physical stamp;Contract Property ConfigurationFunction DescriptionConfirm CLM contract through contract property configuration (Document Type Code: clmContract; Document Type Name: Contract Registration corresponding to Contract Type) contract properties (basic contract fields + special fields), business control parameters (whether to enable automatic finalization, whether to enable stamp application for offline signing, etc.).Column DescriptionContract Property Configuration: Key Fields and Descriptions:NumberColumn NameColumn Description1Contract TypeConfigures contract properties and business control parameters only for document type CLM - Contract RegistrationOperation InstructionsAfter activating the friendly contract, go to Financial Management -> Contract Lifecycle Management -> Contract Drafting -> Contract Property Configuration to enter the contract property configuration, as shown in the image below:Add Contract Property ConfigurationSelect Contract Type, the contract type code, bound Document Type, and Transaction Type will be automatically populated.1.Configure the visibility of the sub-table for contract types. This affects the display of the sub-table for CLM contract drafting and contract change creation (Note: The sub-table for contract drafting is determined by the intersection of the contract properties configuration of the contract type + the UI template of the transaction type. For example, if contract type A's contract properties configuration displays sub-tables a, b, and c, and transaction type A-1 configures sub-tables a, b, c, and d. When drafting a contract, if contract type A and transaction type A-1 are selected, the contract document will display sub-tables a, b, and c).2.Contract Property Settings: Configure Key Parameters of the ContractEnable Signature: "Yes": Indicates that this contract type requires signing; when creating the contract, you can choose either e-signature or offline signing; "No": Indicates that this contract type does not require signing; when creating the contract, the signing method will be not signed."Whether to enable automatic finalization": 【Yes 】 means that the finalization will be completed automatically after approval; 【No 】 means that finalization requires a manual click to complete."Is a stamp application required for offline signing": 【Yes 】 means that when the contract signed offline uses a physical stamp, after approval, a stamp application must be submitted before returning the offline signed document; 【No 】 means that the contract signed offline does not need to go through the physical stamp application process, and the offline signed document can be returned directly after approval."Is offline signing enabled for return confirmation": 【Yes 】 means that after the offline signing is returned, manual confirmation is required for it to take effect; 【No 】 means that after the offline signing is returned, it takes effect without manual confirmation."Is drafting a contract without a file allowed?": "Yes": The current contract type allows drafting a contract without a file. When drafting the contract, you can choose between the contract file mode and the no contract file mode. "No": The current contract type only supports contract drafting in the contract file mode.Edit and Delete Contract Property ConfigurationSupport querying of contract property configuration, as well as editing and deleting contract property configuration.Operation InstructionsNotes1. The current node configures the parameter control for contract types, which is only effective for CLM contracts (contract types with document type CLM contract registration).2. A contract type can only have contract property configuration added once; otherwise, it will prompt that it has already been configured.3. The buttons of the current service are controlled by button permissions:Authorization method: After finding the role through role authorization, locate the service node in CLM contract service - Contract Management to configure the corresponding button permissions.Contract Change TypeFunction DescriptionContract Change Type refers to the classification of contract changes, such as changes in subject matter, changes in price, etc. Different enterprises have different requirements for contract changes, so it is important to provide management and maintenance of contract change types for enterprise customers.Operation InstructionsBased on the Contract Change Type Service, you can create, edit, enable/disable Contract Change Types. At the same time, the original factory provides 5 common Contract Change Types; tenants can delete, edit, disable, and enable based on the pre-set Contract Change Types from the original factory.Click on "Add" or the edit button on the row to add or edit the change category, as shown in the image below:The change type name and change type description support multilingual content. After clicking the CN in the name and description input boxes, customers can fill in Traditional Chinese and English. After switching languages, the information can be displayed in the correct language.Notes1. Editing and deletion operations can only be performed when in a disabled state;2. The buttons for the current service are controlled by button authorization.Authorization method: Role authorization, after finding the role, locate the service node in Digital Modeling - Electronic Configuration, and configure the corresponding button permissions.Counterparty ManagementFunction DescriptionCounterparty Management is the process of filling out contract documents during the CLM contract drafting phase. Below the contract counterparty, the corresponding customer or supplier can be selected through the customer or supplier files. After saving and submitting the contract document, the supplier or customer will be added to the counterparty management list.Operation InstructionsProvide a list of counterparties, allowing for inquiries about counterparties and viewing detailed information about them; view contract records signed with the counterpart; view counterparty certification information; and also view enterprise credit information.
