These services are used for the preparation, distribution, collection, review, and reporting of reports in group enterprises, and can provide comprehensive management services for report preparation, data collection, and report process management.Supports on-demand customized reports, providing various ways to extract data from business systems, supporting manual data entry for reports and data extraction settings from the front-end business financial system. Offers services for reviewing and summarizing various reports to meet reporting requirements (including reverse margin adjustments), provides report data compilation management services, and supports report management through compilation processes, pushing notifications, emails, etc., to meet the final use of reports.Application ValueSupport manual entry of report data and set up data retrieval from the front-end business financial system, providing services for auditing and summarizing various reports to meet reporting requirements (including reverse squeeze discrepancies).Support process management through reporting, pushing messages, emails, etc., to meet the final needs of business management.Application ScenariosScenario 1: Multi-System Organizational DimensionsBusiness DescriptionReport Organization: Set up based on the organizational structure of the enterprise, generally including: legal entities, branches, etc.In the process of report management, it is necessary to establish a report organization, organize the budget submission according to the budget entities, and also support the addition of virtual entities to accommodate the budget summary data.Support for multi-caliber report organizational system: The budget organizational system will be summarized and managed according to the administrative hierarchy and business segments.Different periods manage different structures: Group enterprises may change their hierarchical structure during different periods, supporting the use of different aggregation structures in different periods.Note: Different architectures for different periods will be launched in subsequent iterations.Business ProcessSupport for multi-caliber report organizational system: The report organizational system will be summarized and managed according to the administrative hierarchy and business segments. It will be launched in subsequent iterations.Scenario 2: Report Compilation ProcessBusiness DescriptionDuring the report filling process, management needs to follow the procedure, which includes the basic processes of submission and return, with the possibility of adding approval steps in the intermediate process.Business ProcessSet task flow-related information according to business requirements, associate forms, and issue to various levels of units to begin report preparation work. Complete calculations and verifications, and upon approval, reports can be submitted. For example, Subject 1 and Subject 2 under the Subject dimension are dimension members. The hierarchical structure of the dimension defines the structure and aggregation relationships between dimension members. These relationships are represented using expandable hierarchical charts. If the report preparation process requires displaying the member structure according to the hierarchy, members need to be organized in accordance with the hierarchical structure.Operation GuideBasic SettingsOverviewThe basic settings mainly include three key functional nodes: business parameters, data permission allocation, which are used to control whether permission control is enabled for dimensions, and the permission allocation function for creating users.Overall ValueBusiness ParametersBusiness parameters are switches that enable system control, and the current version is the switch for enabling dimensional permissions.Data Permission AllocationAssign appropriate access permissions to users/roles. Meet the access needs of users/roles for master data of business objects.Business ParametersExtracted column descriptions from the operation instructions.Business parameters are used to define whether permission control is enabled for dimension members in the application. When enabled, permission control can be applied during member deletion, modification, and querying. When not enabled, it is not subject to the configured permission control. Custom settings can be defined to enable permissions for specific dimensions.Column Description1. Subject Enable Permission Control: If selected yes, the data permissions of subject dimension members must be verified when querying references and entering report data; if selected no, no data permission control is applied.2. Subject Use BIP Platform Permission Management: The premise is that the subject references the budget report organizational system, and members come from the platform. If selected yes, the modification, deletion, querying references, and entering multi-dimensional data of subject dimension members must verify the platform's organizational permissions (business unit (business unit, accounting subject, virtual organization) follows the platform's main organizational permissions; other sales areas, departments, and cost centers follow data permissions); if selected no, it is normally subject to the enterprise report's subject dimension permission control.3. Form Enable Permission Control: If selected yes, the querying references and entering report data of internal forms in enterprise reports must check the corresponding form's data permissions; if selected no, no data permission control is applied.4. Data Enable Audit Log: If selected yes, the cell history in the report data center can show the modification traces of report data; if selected no, it cannot be viewed; if selected default, it will further determine whether to record based on the indicator attributes in the form—whether to enable data auditing.5. Whether to Enable Hierarchical Management: If selected yes, when creating dimensions, rule members, forms, report tasks, and other objects, it is necessary to select the belonging resource set, and the resource set management in permission management becomes available, allowing resource sets to be assigned to specified users, equivalent to assigning the object permissions belonging to that resource to that user for further allocation; if selected no, it only follows data permission control.6. Dimension Member View Display Filtered by Resource Set: If yes, the dimension member view seen by the user is filtered by the resource set that the current user has permission for; if no, members are not filtered by the resource set.7. Whether the Subject Enables Period View: If selected yes, the hierarchical view of the subject dimension will change to a period view, allowing maintenance of the subject member structure by date, updating effective time, and the form will display the corresponding time's hierarchical structure based on the year and month combination; if selected no, the hierarchical view of the subject remains unchanged. Note: Once switched, it cannot be restored, please confirm before enabling the subject period view.8. Verification Tolerance: The global tolerance for enterprise report data verification, if the verification result is within the allowed tolerance range, it is considered passed; the verification tolerance set by the formula takes priority, if not set, it inherits the global tolerance.9. Project Enable Permission Control: The premise is that the project references the platform project file. If selected yes, the data permissions of project dimension members must be verified when querying references and entering report data; if selected no, no data permission control is applied.10. Project Use BIP Platform Permission Management: The premise is that the project references the platform project file. If selected yes, the querying references and entering report data of project dimension members must verify the platform's project permissions (project file) following the platform's project permissions; if selected no, it is normally subject to the enterprise report's project dimension permission control.11. Version Enable Permission Control: The premise is that the form group enables data multi-versioning.
