View the list of form processes that the current user has permission to initiate, and click the specific name to initiate the approval process.

View all the form data initiated by the current user.

Path: Collaboration Cloud->Approval->Basic Function->Initiate Process

Step1: According to the form classification, view all the form data initiated by the current user. Switch to the "My Favorites" menu to display the common form names of the current user's favorites.

Step2: In the form classification display area, click Sort to drag and sort the categories up and down, and display the common categories to the top. Click the category name to display all the form names under that category. Click [Form Sort] to drag and sort the names of forms up and down, and display the commonly used forms below each category to the top.
