商贸版7.0客户端出现Microsoft NET Framework 错误信息

商贸版7.0运行 出现Microsoft .NET Framework 对话框错误信息，关闭不影响使用的解除错误信息操作案例

客户的主机（设定为A电脑）发生故障，帮客户移至另一台机器上（设定为B电脑，该PC原来是做客户端使用）

A电脑维护返回，再把软件从B电脑迁移回A电脑。为了防止系统管理互串，将B电脑的卸掉重装客户端。结果使用中就发生了以上图片中的错误。关闭并不影响该客户端的使用。

一开始以为是.NET framework有问题，卸载重新安装，故障依然存在。
