安装PT156772安全补丁后EAS无法启动分析处理

问题描述:

安装PT156772安全补丁后，EAS实例启动不成功。

原因分析：                                                                       

1. 查看EAS实例的apusic日志（eas\server\profiles\server1\logs\apusic.log），发现有如下的报错：

Failed to initialize service.

com.apusic.util.unknownAttributeException:The attribute name‘AutoTraceOffRatio’ is not supported in apusic:name=JDBC,j2eeType=Service.please check the apusic.conf.

com.apusic.util.unknownAttributeException:“The attribute name‘ServerAddress’ is not supported in Adaptor:type=rmi.please check the apusic.conf.

经分析是apusic.conf中有两个属性项不支持导致：

autotraceoffratio, serveraddress

解决方法：

1、找最近安装补丁前的/backup/primary/时间日期/apusic/domains/ server1/config/apusic.conf,web.xml 备份的文件去还原/domains/server1/config/下的apusic.conf（检查里面没有autotraceoffratio，serveraddress内容项则没有问题，否则再在primary
